Data Enhancement
Move Update Credits
Pre-purchase Move Update credits to process change-of-address updates in real-time
via the Internet. There is no turnaround time or setup fee. Each address checked
against our 48-month NCOALink® database deducts one credit from your
account.
Geocode
Acquire latitude and longitude information for each address record. Improve the
effectiveness of direct marketing campaigns with more targeted campaign lists. Enable
'find my nearest' location based on the ZIP Code™ entered by website visitors.
RDI™ Interface
Use the RDI product to determine if addresses are residential or not, so that you
can choose the most cost effective shipping option. Requires an additional USPS
RDI license.
ZIP + 4® Monthly Updates
Customers who need the very latest ZIP + 4 data may upgrade from the standard bi-monthly
cycle to monthly MailRoom ToolKit updates.

Mixed Weights

Firm Bundles
Bundle letter- and flat-size periodicals addressed to the same organization so that
they count as a single piece and incur a single postage charge. Available for MailRoom
ToolKit Architect.
Utilities
Mail.dat®
Generates Mail.dat files that may be submitted to USPS through PostalOne!®
as a replacement for the traditional hardcopy documentation for a mailing.
Move Update Server
Companies that require in-house change-of-address processing may choose to host
our USPS® certified NCOALink Move Update Server. Provide
change-of-address processing for yourself or others with full control over processing
fees and system infrastructure.
