Return Policy

All annual licenses (new and renewals) are eligible for our money-back guarantee when returned within 30 days of purchase. To return a software license simply call 800-553-6477 and request an RMA number. Upon receipt of the software we will refund the purchase price minus a 15% restocking fee. Shipping and handling fees are not applicable. Purchases that are not eligible for return include Move Update credits, Unlimited Move Update packages, Single Issue licenses, Bulk Mailer Designer, Technical Support, training and any consulting or Professional Services.
