A History of Innovation
Launched in 1982, Satori Software started bringing mail list management capabilities to the
personal computer with its initial product, Bulk Mailer. The first PC-based software built to
manage a large mailing list using hard disk technology, Bulk Mailer quickly gained popularity.
During the first 10 years after the company’s inception and Bulk Mailer’s introduction,
additional productivity packages were released for both Apple and PCs.
In 1993, we released a Windows version of Bulk Mailer in response to the rapid, widespread use
of the Windows operating system for business applications. The 1996 USPS Post Rate reclassification
made mailing software indispensable for achieving the best postal discounts and launched Satori
Software into a newly expanded market.
We released MailRoom ToolKit in 1998, and continued to expand the capabilities of Bulk Mailer.
By 2001, Satori Software had expanded. We opened our London office when we released MailRoom
ToolKit in the United Kingdom. Through the years, we continued to expand our Seattle and London
offices. In 2009, Satori Software became a part of Neopost SA, which is based in Paris, France.
Then in 2011, we opened a new office in LaCrosse, Wisconsin, to offer even more personalized
service and support to our customers.
Today, Satori Software is continuing to grow and expanding our mailing preparation software
and our proven address management technology to offer a complete contact data quality line
of products.

Bulk Mailer
Since its first release in the early 1980s, the Bulk Mailer brand has helped more than 10,000
customers improve the productivity of their mailing operations. Users of this desktop mailing
preparation software include mailing houses, publishers, print shops, catalog companies,
educational institutions and many other groups that handle regular volume mailings.
Distinguished by simplicity and full-featured capabilities, the Bulk Mailer series is

MailRoom ToolKit
High-volume, production mailers turn to our MailRoom ToolKit solutions to automate their
mailing preparation processes for more efficiency and to generate new projects for greater
profits. Users of this integrated address management solution software rely on it as an
integral part of their automated document factory, web-to-print, custom application/workflow
or transpromotional activities. Its integration capabilities let mailers easily use the

SAP BusinessObjects Postalsoft products, now available from Satori Software, offer address
correction, database management, duplicate record detection and advanced postal sorts. As
the preferred OEM partner selling SAP BusinessObjects Postalsoft software, Satori Software
mailing industry experts deliver personal, high-quality support and service for all our
customers’ mailing software needs. SAP Postalsoft products support the most complex mailings,
including many optional procedure agreements and niche classifications.
Powerful Data Quality
Satori Capture
Collecting, maintaining and using accurate contact data is a priority for our customers, and
it’s one reason we developed Satori Capture for quick address entry and instant verification.
With the launch of Satori Capture in 2011, we kicked off our line of contact data quality
solutions enabling our customers to wield a powerful toolset in their ongoing contact data
quality projects.

We introduced Satori Infuse in 2012 for point-of-entry address validation, batch updates and

Satori Relate
In 2012, Satori Relate rounded out the contact data quality triumvirate of products launched
by Satori Software. Its advanced duplication management and record searching help our customers
improve and maintain relationships with customers, prospects and business partners. Satori Relate
identifies duplicate records and helps our customers gain an aggregate understanding of their contacts
by consolidating or linking data from all sources in their organization. This matching software is a
