Two options are available to renew a subscription that has expired within the last six (6) months.
Option 1: Pay the current renewal price to resume your original subscription.
Option 2: Purchase a new annual license at the current list price to start a new subscription with a new expiration date.
Unless stated otherwise, all new annual licenses are eligible for our money-back guarantee when returned within 30 days of purchase. To return a software license simply call 800-553-6477 and request an RMA number. Upon receipt of the software we will refund the purchase price minus a 15% restocking fee. Shipping and handling fees are not applicable.
Purchases that are not eligible for return include Data Services credits, Move Update credits, Unlimited Move Update packages, single issue licenses, Bulk Mailer Designer, technical support, training, and any consulting or Professional Services fees.
