The Direct Marketing Specialist is responsible for coordinating and executing revenue-generating marketing campaigns that build lead flow for the mailing solutions sales pipeline. Campaigns will increase the visibility of Satori Software in the mailing market, generate new leads and incubate existing leads not yet ready for the sales pipeline. This role entails working closely with the marketing, sales and product teams to create marketing copy that generates high-quality leads. Campaigns include webinar programs, sales tools and other materials targeting decision makers in a business-to-business selling environment.
The Sales Operations Manager is a key role within the Sales group. The Sales Operations Manager will be the primary point of contact on sales policies and processes for the sales team and all other functional groups within Satori Software.
Primary responsibilities include overall coordination and administration of the sales operating cadence (forecasting, reporting, communications activities etc) and development and delivery of policies and programs necessary for the effective administration of the firm’s sales activities.
This position reports to the Vice President of Sales.
A Software Integration Engineer is involved in the delivery of custom software integrations that leverage the address and data quality technologies employed at Satori Software. Specifically, this position of Software Integration Engineer will be working on a team of software consultants who specialize in delivering custom code and consulting services to a wide range of customers.
Position Duties and Responsibilities
Administer end-user workstations and supports end-user activities utilizing TCP/IP on a primarily Microsoft Windows-based local area network (LAN)
Investigate user problems and identifies their source; determines possible solutions; tests and implements solutions
Install, configure, and maintains personal computers, Windows networks, Apple workstations, file servers, network cabling, and other related equipment, devices and systems. Adds or upgrades and configures disk drives, printers and related equipment. Perform and/or oversee software and application installation and upgrades
Maintain site licenses for departments/organization
Plan and implement network security, including maintaining firewalls, configuring VPN, managing host security, file permissions, file system integrity, and adding and deleting users
Troubleshoot networks, systems and applications to identify and correct malfunctions and other operational difficulties
Develop and conduct training for system users on operating systems and other applications, and assist users in maximizing use of networks and computing systems
Maintain confidentiality with regard to the information being processed, stored or accessed by the end-users on the network
Assist personnel of other departments as a computer resource
Provide computer orientation to new and existing company staff.
