The Direct Marketing Specialist is responsible for coordinating and executing revenue-generating marketing campaigns that build lead flow for the mailing solutions sales pipeline. Campaigns will increase the visibility of Satori Software in the mailing market, generate new leads and incubate existing leads not yet ready for the sales pipeline. This role entails working closely with the marketing, sales and product teams to create marketing copy that generates high-quality leads. Campaigns include webinar programs, sales tools and other materials targeting decision makers in a business-to-business selling environment.
The Sales Operations Manager is a key role within the Sales group. The Sales Operations Manager will be the primary point of contact on sales policies and processes for the sales team and all other functional groups within Satori Software.
Primary responsibilities include overall coordination and administration of the sales operating cadence (forecasting, reporting, communications activities etc) and development and delivery of policies and programs necessary for the effective administration of the firm’s sales activities.
This position reports to the Vice President of Sales.
The essential function of the Product Manager is to help ensure that the business units deliver the right products into the market at the right time in support of Satori’s strategy.
As an experienced SDET, you will work on Satori Software’s industry-leading desktop and SaaS offerings, as well as implementing and extending automation, frameworks and core infrastructure. You will be a member of a scrum team (as well as a team of SDETs), who will drive quality as you help expand our offerings, implement new features, create tools and infrastructure support for internal customers, and develop processes to help maintain our sensational growth. The ideal candidate has extensive experience with agile development and testing practices and automation frameworks, advocating for and practicing best practices, and is looking for a position with high growth potential. You have never worked for a company like this.
- Experienced – You have extensive experience with testing applications and Web services built on Microsoft technologies. Experience designing, creating and maintaining test automation and are highly competent in C#.
- Knowledgeable – You have a great understanding of a variety of Microsoft technologies, applications, test tools and frameworks. Git and JIRA experience is a plus. Knowledge of Postal mailing industry is a big plus (but who has that!?)
- A Leader – You delight in leading and mentoring others, are highly self-motivated and spread a can-do attitude.
- Passionate – You love to test things and break things, learn new ways to work and teach others new ways to do the same. A love of waffles is a bonus.
Act as a first point of contact for customers. Route incoming calls to the appropriate contact/group. Provide assistance with finding software keys and other non-technical resolutions for incoming calls. Monitor call queue and assist with queue management.
