Satori Software is looking for a talented Systems Engineer to join our IT team and help us create a world class IT operations group. This person will be responsible for designing, deploying and administering the Satori Software Corporate IT environment.

A Software Integration Engineer is involved in the delivery of custom software integrations that leverage the address and data quality technologies employed at Satori Software. Specifically, this position of Software Integration Engineer will be working on a team of software consultants who specialize in delivering custom code and consulting services to a wide range of customers.
This position will lead the high performance DevOps team supporting all of Satori Software’s SaaS products. The team is constantly enhancing and scaling our SaaS environments and products to meet rapidly expanding adoption and usage of our data solutions. You’ll lead a team responsible for designing and building out our next generation of SaaS solutions.
The ideal candidate has notched a few wins in applying cloud-based infrastructure solutions, building scalable, high-availability SaaS systems, and solving complex technical problems. Experience in DevOps management and supporting enterprise SaaS products a must, with experience managing and deploying service-based SaaS systems in a frequent deployment product development cycle. Understanding of agile planning methodologies would be helpful. This is a leadership role with a very strong focus on staff development and efficient team growth.
The Lead Qualifying Specialist is responsible for managing all inbound inquiries (contacts and leads) as specified by the firm’s qualifying criteria and marketing data management policies. The incumbent will respond to, assess and determine the disposition of all inquiries, including moving them to the appropriate sales representative and/or designating and entering them into the marketing system for on-going lead incubation and promotion. Additionally, the incumbent will work with the Marketing Promotions/Communications team members to define and execute on targeted marketing programs for leads held in the marketing database.
This position plays an important role in optimizing the firm’s return on marketing investment and in ensuring efficient flow-through of qualified leads to the sales organization.
Due to explosive growth, Satori needs additional engineers to support our stand-alone desktop product and our high end custom integration solutions. This front line support position provides technical knowledge as well as postal regulation information to our growing customer base. This fast-paced, demanding environment requires multi-tasking and a detail-oriented personality. An even disposition with great communication skills is essential, along with the ability to describe complex topics in a clear and concise manner. A computer science background is preferred, and a strong technical background is required. Must be adept at working in a team environment.
