Direct Marketing Specialist

Position Overview

Does building awareness and generating leads in a new market excite you? Do you love the thrill of discovering what keeps your prospective customers up at night — and then using that information to create compelling marketing campaigns?

The Direct Marketing Specialist is responsible for coordinating and executing revenue-generating marketing campaigns that build lead flow for the mailing solutions sales pipeline. Campaigns will increase the visibility of Satori Software in the mailing market, generate new leads and incubate existing leads not yet ready for the sales pipeline. This role entails working closely with the marketing, sales and product teams to create marketing copy that generates high-quality leads. Campaigns include webinar programs, sales tools and other materials targeting decision makers in a business-to-business selling environment.

Satori is looking for a socially aware technical expert who can help our customers with desktop mailing and data quality software. This front line support position provides technical product knowledge as well as postal regulation information to our growing customer base. The environment is demanding and fast-paced, requiring multi-tasking ability and a detail-oriented personality. An even disposition with great communication skills is essential, along with the ability to describe complex topics in a clear and concise manner. A computer science background is preferred, and a strong technical background is required. Must be adept at working in a team environment.
