Satori Software is looking for a talented Helpdesk Administrator to join our IT team and help us create a world class IT operations group. This person will be responsible for providing helpdesk support and administering the Satori Software Corporate IT environment.
As an experienced and highly technical SDET on a dev-ops team, you will write code to test Satori Software’s core data services platform, assist with fortifying the deployment pipeline, and participate in operations. You will be a member of a small team of dev and IT professionals who will maintain, extend and scale the platform which supports many of our products and services, implement new features, create tools and infrastructure support for internal customers, and implement processes and tools to move us towards a vision of continuous-delivery and rapid recovery. The ideal candidate has experience with some or all of: test automation, deployment automation, operations, incident management, service recovery, developing tools and automation for internal customers, and is looking for a position with high growth potential.
