New USPS^® Move Update Requirements

Effective November 23, 2008, the USPS Move Update Standard applies to all Standard Mail^® — letters, flats, parcels and not flat-machinables — as well as automation- and presort-rate First-Class Mail^®. This means that addresses must now be updated within 95 days prior to mailing to qualify for discounted postage rates.
