Data Services Payment Options

Data Services jobs may be paid for by credit card or by using Data Services credits. The minimum charge is $75 for credit card orders, or one (1) Data Services credit.

Calculating Data Services Credits

The number of Data Services credits needed for a job is based on the cost-per-thousand (CPT) and the number of records. For example, 5,500 records submitted for Walk Sequence (225 CPT*) and ECOA (350 CPT) would require 3163 Data Services credits — calculated per the formula: records/1000 * sum(CPT) = {total Data Services credits}.

Data Services Credits vs. Move Update Credits

If you have been using our Move Update service for NCOALink processing, please note that Data Services credits and Move Update credits are not interchangeable — they are purchased and used differently.

Move Update credits are used on a one-to-one basis: one credit for each record processed — 5,500 records require 5,500 Move Update credits.
