Alert for Bulk Mailer 5

If you are having trouble using Address Correction after installing the June/July DVD, your data files may not have updated properly. To correct this:

Use Live Update

  1. Open Bulk Mailer 5.
  2. From the Help menu, select "Check for Live Update". Click Install to download the update. (This file is also available for download at ftp://ftp.satorisoftware.com/satori/BM5US0607SP1.exe)
  3. Bulk Mailer 5 will close and the installer will appear. Click Install. Click Finish when the install is complete.
  4. Insert your June/July DVD. Click Install Bulk Mailer 5 to update the data files.

If Live Update is unavailable

  1. Close Bulk Mailer 5.
  2. Using Windows Explorer, locate the "Data Files" folder on your computer (the default location is "C:\Program Files\Satori Software\Bulk Mailer 5\Data Files"). Delete all files, including Address.cas, in this folder.
  3. Insert your June/July DVD. Click Install Bulk Mailer 5 to update the data files.
