Certified Mailpiece Quality Control Specialists

USPS® developed the Mailpiece Quality Control (MQC) training to assist mailers, printers, and mailing service providers increase their knowledge of proper mail piece design. Properly designed mail pieces – ones that meet USPS regulations – have better deliverability and can qualify for significantly reduced postage costs depending on the dimensions and whether they qualify for automation discounts.

The program is designed to train mailers to develop mail pieces that meet the USPS goal of 100 percent automation compatibility.
