About Custom Reports
With custom reports, you can create a report that displays only the address information that you want to view. Bulk Mailer includes a wizard to make the process of building a custom report easier.
To Create a Custom Report
- Click the View icon on the Navigation Bar to move to the Views section.
- Double-click any List View template to open it or create a new one in the List View Wizard.
- Click the Print custom reports button to launch the Custom Reports Wizard.
- On the Custom Reports Templates screen, select an existing template or select New Template to create a new report. Click Next.
- On the Report Options screen, configure the report's header, footer and format. Click Next.
- On the Report Fields screen, select the data fields to include in your report. Click Next.
- On the Summary screen, name the template. Click Finish to preview your custom report.
Included Reports
Bulk Mailer includes several premade reports that you can use with your mailings. These reports, described below, will replace the field names with information from your mailing. The number in parenthesis is the number of units across this field will occupy. One unit equals the length of a capital W in the selected font.

Suggested Report Layouts
Below are a few report layouts that you can use with your mailings. These layouts use the default font, Arial 9.75pt. If you use a different font or size, the fields may not line up as shown.
Updated Addresses
Before printing this report, run the Move Update Wizard, then apply the All Move Update Records Group. The following report layout will print all addresses with the updated address above the changed address.

Duplicate Addresses
For this report, you can use one of the standard reports. Do the following:
- Run the Duplication Search Wizard and select the mark the records instead of deleting them.
- Apply the All Marked Records Group.
- Print the Address Listing report.
